My nature-lovin' fella rescued a stunned starling the other day and moved him out of harm's way to our peaceful yard. He sat on our umbrella tree for a long time recovering and then his mama came over and gave him a piece of her mind. There was some heated dialogue between the two and finally the young 'un flew off to a nearby tree. Guess mama won that argument!
